Hello. We purchased this device for my grandmother on January 30th, 2026 from Amazon. The pill drawer is completely stuck and won’t push out or in. It gets disconnected from the internet constantly as well. How can we fix this because the device is essentially useless right now as my grandmother can not fit her fingers in to get her medications out. Thank you.

My pill dispenser disconnects from the Wi-Fi almost every day. When it does this, my husband has to find the keys, open it manually, and dig each pill out of the slot. It’s extremely irritating. I’ve almost thrown it out the window about 27 times. Is there a way to fix this? If not, I would really like to be refunded. Thank you.

Hello, My Colorwing® 2025 Smart Pill Dispenser for Seniors - 31-Slot Automatic Medication Organizer with Bluetooth Alarms, Fingerprint & Mechanical Dual Lock, Daily Timed Dispenser purchased from Amazon no longer works. It will not charge, makes clicking noises and just has a green light in the back even when plugged. Green light goes off a few min later and it does not work

Portable printer I bought from Amazon never said anything about needing a subscription to be able to print anything. I ordered it in December and just opened it today and because I’m not getting the subscription this printer is no use to me. And the window to return it to Amazon has closed
