Hallo. Ich habe am 30.09.2024 bei Ihnen einen Colorwing Q30 Bluetooth Etikettendrucker gekauft. Dieser wurde nicht oft benutzt und funktioniert nicht mehr. Beim Drucken geht er ständig aus, obwohl er am Kabel dran ist und die Etiketten werden auch nicht ordentlich gedruckt. Da fehlen immer Teile von den Buchstaben. I’m looking to purchase a few replacement parts A1310 I need the clear plastic cover and the black plastic internal locking piece that releases the clear plastic cover. The second piece is the most important. it’s for the automatic pill dispenser. Ideally I just need the plastic piece that is above the motor that turns to unlock the cover when you use your fingerprint or turn the key.
